Diana and the butterflies

I found another batch of an earlier outfit Diana modeled in and am posting it here as the last two posts of Diana's (hopefully) first stint of modeling with us. Let me say again that she was wonderful to work with and, as I think you all agree, absolutely gorgeous! Diana and Alirium Meet Photoshop

My wife has great friends, and Diana is one of them, so I hope she will forgive the fact I couldn't resist running a few of her pictures through Photoshop because I loved the butterflies and elephant so much as compositional pieces I wanted to see if I could get some artsy looking things. With gorgeous models like Diana, it's hard to make bad pictures, so I put some effort into messing these up as best I could!

I learned at the shoot that my wife actually made this dress especially for Diana as a thank you for their friendship. (seriously. is she not the best?) I thought it was a beautiful story and a beautiful dress, so I have a LOT of these pictures, with many different lightings. Enjoy!

The Natural Model

I think these pictures are great because Diana looks stunning. With a lot of models you have a tough time conveying how beautiful they are in a picture- you have to catch them at just the right angle at the right time in their AO cycle to see that flash, but with Diana, her avatar is always looking amazing!

Diana and the Butterflies

Going with my wife and her friend Diana to Alirium was a lot of fun because the place has some seriously awesome quirky things, like the mass of butterflies that work magic with various Windlight settings, or the festive elephant that you see in the background of one of these pictures. Having Diana be such a natural model helped tremendously of course!
